3 Tier Property Management Services

Tier I

  • Cost: 8%/ reservation

  • We will list your property on Airbnb, Vrbo, and our direct booking website. We’ll prevent double bookings by syncing calendars between multiple platforms.

  • We will set up automatic messaging.

  • We will create a digital guidebook with QR codes/ videos for the guests.

  • You can charge your guest an 8% management fee so you pay $0 out of pocket. You will also save $$$ on Airbnb/ Vrbo fees when people book directly on our website!

Tier II

  • Cost: 15%/ reservation

  • As your Airbnb and Vrbo property manager in Oklahoma or Savannah, we will list your property on Airbnb, Vrbo, and our direct booking website. We’ll prevent double bookings by syncing calendars between multiple platforms.

  • We will set up automatic messaging and respond to guest messages on your behalf.

  • We will create a digital guidebook with QR codes/ videos for the guests.

  • We will set up a dynamic pricing model where rates are adjusted automatically based on supply and demand. Additionally, we will do daily manual price adjustments to optimize occupancy and profits.

  • If you enjoy cleaning the place yourself and making extra money, this is a great option for you!

Tier III

  • Cost: 25%/ reservation

  • This is our full, hands-off service!

  • We will list your property on Airbnb, Vrbo, and our direct booking website. We’ll prevent double bookings by syncing calendars between multiple platforms.

  • We will set up automatic messaging and respond to guest messages on your behalf.

  • We will create a digital guidebook with QR codes/ videos for the guests.

  • We will set up a dynamic pricing model where rates are adjusted automatically based on supply and demand. Additionally, we will do daily manual price adjustments to optimize occupancy and profits.

  • We will schedule cleanings and arrange maintenance when needed. Read more about our additional services as property managers. Minor maintenance can be performed at no cost to the owner. We will assist with insurance and aircover claims documentation.

  • We will purchase and restock supplies at no cost to the owner.

  • We will consult on design/ listing setup, and continually consult to ensure the listing remains competitive.

  • We will install home automation devices (electronic door lock, camera on front door, minute noise monitor).
