BnB Bridge can help build out your listings on Vrbo, Airbnb, and our direct booking website. We can also take photographs and videos of the listing. If you would like property design and consultation, we can do that as well! Home automation devices such as a smart lock, camera, and minute noise monitor are recommended.
Design work will be performed by the Thomson + Thomson Design firm.
Maintenance & Repairs - $75 Service call, Supplies & Labor
Apart from providing exceptional co-hosting services in Savannah & Oklahoma, when repairs are needed, we will get it done quickly so that you do not lose income! We will also help you navigate the aircover process and supply time-stamped photos of the damage and the required invoice for Airbnb.
License Procurement - $800
We can do all the paperwork and obtain your short-term rental license with the city!
